The OpportunityWe are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role blends business acumen with technical depth, focusing on helping clients understand how intalk.io solutions can transform their customer engagement landscape. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to translate client needs into actionable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Solution Design:

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer pain points and design tailored omnichannel communication solutions aligned with business goals.

Lead Qualification & Value Articulation

  • Partner with sales to qualify opportunities, identify fitment, and articulate value propositions through ROI-driven discussions.

Product Demonstrations & Technical Presentations

  • Develop and deliver compelling live demos, workshops, and customized presentations that highlight intalk.ios capabilities and differentiation.

Proposal & Documentation Management

  • Prepare detailed RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and solution architecture documentation to support the end-to-end sales cycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the key interface between clients, sales, and engineering teamsensuring proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilities.

Industry & Technology Intelligence

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in cloud communications, AI-driven CX platforms, and CRM ecosystems to proactively position intalk.io as a market leader.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience : 13 years in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role within SaaS, CRM, or communication technology domains.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills with the ability to translate technical features into business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to deliver persuasive product demonstrations and technical presentations to C-level and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, customer engagement systems, or CX/Contact Center technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail in documentation and client interaction.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (Masters preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or Pre-Sales Consulting are advantageous.
