Read on… About the role: As an Associate Director of Merchandising and CRM, you'll lead strategic initiatives to optimize customer engagement and drive revenue on the Licious App/site through data-driven merchandising and CRM strategies, managing teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What makes the role meaty? Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product discovery, and promotions, ensuring conversion and achieving business goals Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in merchandising. Collaborate with product development teams to chart a product roadmap in line with business expectations Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure a cohesive and effective merchandising approach CRM Strategy: Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. Leverage CRM systems and tools (need functional proficiency here), to execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific customer segments. Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer engagement. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze merchandising and CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and present reports on merchandising and CRM performance to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in merchandising and CRM Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of merchandising and CRM professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities. Set clear goals and objectives for the team and track performance against key metrics. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Category, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. Communicate merchandising and CRM strategies and results to leadership & key stakeholders. We hope that you have..
