Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end hiring strategies to support the company’s growth to 250+ employees and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and strategic talent networks to access high-quality talent.
- Optimize recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Oversee structured onboarding programs to improve new hire experience and retention.
- Leverage systems for recruitment analytics, candidate management, and reporting.
- HR Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
- Conduct HR audits, manage vendor relationships, and mitigate compliance risks.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
- Maintain HR records, reporting, and processes through SAP-based systems.
- Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnership
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives, providing insights on workforce health, talent risks, and people KPIs.
- Contribute to organizational design and workforce planning for scalability.
- Represent HR in board-level discussions and provide data-driven recommendations for key business decisions.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and implement employee engagement programs, performance management frameworks, and succession planning initiatives.
- Drive learning and development programs, employee well-being initiatives, and career growth opportunities.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- HR Technology & Digital Transformation
- Implement and manage HR processes, focusing on automation, predictive analytics, and reporting.
- Establish HR dashboards to monitor key performance metrics in real time.
Qualifications & Experience
- 20+ years of overall HR experience, with 12–14 years in HR leadership and Talent Acquisition roles with SAP Based Organisations.
- Mandatory experience with SAP-based organizations.
- Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition (large-scale hiring, employer branding, workforce planning) and HR Compliance.
- Experience in scaling mid-sized organizations (250–500 employees).
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor HR teams of 10+ direct reports.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
