Job Summary: Taciti Consulting is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead with over 10 years of experience to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and ensuring that we attract top talent across various industries and functions. You will work closely with leadership to align recruitment efforts with business goals and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the talent acquisition function, overseeing a team of recruiters to ensure the successful hiring of top talent. Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with Taciti Consultings business needs and objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define recruitment strategies. Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and successful onboarding. Leverage various sourcing channels (social media, job boards, referrals, professional networks) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands. Monitor recruitment metrics, provide insights, and drive continuous improvements in the hiring process. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in recruitment and selection. Coach and mentor a team of recruiters, enhancing their skills and ensuring high performance. Develop and drive employer branding initiatives to position Taciti Consulting as an employer of choice. Stay current on recruitment trends and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge in attracting top talent. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing the recruitment lifecycle and developing recruitment strategies. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess recruitment metrics and drive improvements. Strong organizational and time management skills.
