We are looking for a well-rounded Associate Director – Digital Marketing (Global) with 360-degree digital 

marketing expertise spanning Paid Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media, Lead Generation, SEO, 

GEO, and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and executing comprehensive 

digital strategies for AI, Data Science, and Cybersecurity certification bodies and their programs, to 

engage global audiences, drive lead generation, and optimize conversions across multiple channels. This 

individual will work closely with the Head/CMO, contributing insights and helping shape a cohesive digital 

marketing strategy. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Paid Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like 
  • Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels to ensure maximum reach and return on investment. 
  • Content Marketing: Strategize and oversee the creation of high-quality content (blogs, videos, social media posts, etc.) that aligns with brand messaging and drives audience engagement. 
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and engagement across key platforms to build a loyal community and enhance brand visibility. 
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns with effective nurturing funnels to convert leads into qualified prospects. 
  • SEO/GEO Strategy: Develop SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) best practices and oversee content and technical optimizations to improve organic search performance. 
  • AI tools and AI-driven strategy: Must have implementation and execution experience of AI tools in marketing.  
  • Email Marketing: Manage email marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, drip campaigns, and performance tracking, to drive engagement and conversions. 
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze KPIs across digital channels, providing actionable insights to continuously refine and enhance strategies. 
  • Collaboration with Head/CMO: Assist the Marketing Head by providing research, hands-on deliverables, regular performance reports, strategic insights, and recommendations to support overarching business goals. 
  • Marketing Collaterals: Develop marketing collaterals like brochures, reports, case studies, videos, etc. for the products. 
  • Budget Allocation: Manage the digital marketing budget across multiple channels, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize impact. 
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation across all digital touchpoints. 


Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing (or similar) 
  • Experience: 8-10 years in digital marketing, with a well-rounded background in paid marketing, content strategy, lead generation, SEO, email marketing, and social media management. 
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights for data analysis and campaign optimization. 
  • Paid Advertising Expertise: Proven success in managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn,  Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, with a focus on ROI and strategic targeting. 
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (US), with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate insights clearly. 
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines, and comfortable working cross-functionally to support CMO and marketing teams. 
  • Proactive & Creative: A self-starter who brings creative ideas, a strategic mindset, and a hands on approach to implementing marketing initiatives.
