Its a IC Role.
Build and Foster relationship for Enterprise Clients.
Accountability for growing the buyers accounts payable volume participating in the organizations market and achieving buyer income objectives, through existing and new products.
Will be responsible for driving revenue and customer satisfaction over their entire lifecycle.
Account Manager also drives strategic conversations with their clients to identify areas of growth and opportunities to increase revenue by solving for their working capital goals.
Experience with a large set of data for analysis and account mining
Managing multiple customers and handling multiple accounts.
Drive revenue through account-based planning and execution.
Identifying key performance indicators against individual account plan business objectives.
Own and deliver critical Account Management infrastructure projects.
Support internal development and prioritization of account-facing application enhancements.
Executing account-based campaigns, international coordination, and programs among cross-functional teams
Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to this role (Supplier Relationship Management, Implementation, Project Management, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal teams).
The person serves as the primary relationship manager to Treasurers and/or Heads of Finance with the responsibility for P&L, customer satisfaction, maintaining customer communication etc.
For this job role, work-related travel is expected.
A finance, management consulting, or ITeS background is preferred.
Good in Advanced Excel, Data Mining, and Data Analysis.
Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Experience with Account Management methodologies, metrics, and processes is a plus.
Experience with SaaS-based businesses is a plus.
Preferably, worked in cross-sell and up-sell.
