About Us

We’re looking for an Art Lead who is equal parts designer, innovator, and creative technologist — someone who can craft stunning digital experiences across apps and websites, while also harnessing the power of AI tools to push creativity and efficiency to the next level.



Role Overview

As the Art Lead, you’ll be responsible for shaping the visual direction of digital-first campaigns and CRM-driven experiences. You’ll work across UI/UX design, mobile apps, websites, and omnichannel CRM creatives, ensuring brand consistency and innovation. You’ll also be the go-to person for AI-driven creative workflows, guiding the team on how to leverage design and AI tools for smarter, faster, and more human-centered output.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual design direction for CRM campaigns, mobile apps, websites, and digital experiences.
  • Design and oversee UI/UX flows that are functional, intuitive, and aligned with brand identity.
  • Use modern AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Runway, Figma AI, Canva AI, etc.) to create and adapt high-quality creatives at scale.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and tech teams to bring integrated customer journeys to life.
  • Guide a team of designers, providing feedback, mentorship, and raising the overall creative bar.
  • Work closely with copywriters and CRM strategists to ensure creative output is personalized, engaging, and platform-appropriate.
  • Ensure all creatives are optimized for different platforms (email, web, app, push, WhatsApp, social).
  • Stay ahead of design, AI, and CRM trends; experiment with new tools and share best practices with the team.
  • Build design systems and style guides that ensure consistency across multiple channels and brands.




Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–10 years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (apps + websites) and digital campaign work.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Firefly, MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Canva AI).
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, CRM platforms, and omnichannel touchpoints.
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and interaction design.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts to internal teams and clients.
  • Team leadership experience: mentoring designers, giving constructive feedback, and managing workflows.




Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Motion design / animation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff.
  • Experience in creative-tech experiments (AI personalization, generative design, AR/VR).
