About Team
This role focuses on performing daily tasks of receiving sales invoices, Sales variation analysis, adjusting entries, balancing accounts, Posting JEs on regular basis. In addition, perform month start/ end activities which involve in Preparing reports for sales correction, margin corrections, missing store sales, commission report. The candidate will need to work with global team to achieve recurring tasks with highest standard and complete within time for efficient transaction tracking/ processing. Support team on Allowance program setups and audits. Reconcile/post chargebacks for reversals.
Core Responsibilities
- Finance:
- Follow desktop procedures and controls while working on tasks
- Analyze the root cause of errors and work towards mitigating those in future
- Responsible for providing data on regular intervals (daily, weekly & monthly basis)
- Serves as subject matter expert and mentor for the team
- Support OPS Lead to handle disputes and encourage the team with risk taking ability
- Suggest process improvement ideas
- Support the additional work load within or beyond your respective processes as and when required
- Development of trackers for self and team is must
- Proactively interacting calls with partners and sharing or taking process related informations\updates
- Training opportunities to be utilized proactively
- Works in collaboration with OPS Lead and Partners to understand challenges/concerns/process updates/exceptions and address them in a timely manner with proper document.
