Associate Account Manager

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in talent management, or social media (talent management agency experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for content creation and understanding of social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, PPT, and campaign reporting.
• A proactive, people-first approach with problem-solving ability.
  

• Key responsibilities:-
  

• Campaign Execution: Support in end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns – from shortlisting, contracting, briefing, to final delivery.
• Talent Development: Help identify growth opportunities for talent – collaborations, partnerships, and content ideas.
• Scouting potential talents: Research and onboard new creators relevant to categories like fashion, lifestyle, beauty, tech, entertainment and several other genres
• Admin Support: Manage contracts, invoices, calendars, and performance reports for assigned talent.
• Market Research: Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities to recommend opportunities.
• Reporting: Track campaign deliverables and compile post-campaign performance reports.
