Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic and organized Talent Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the organisation in scouting, managing, and nurturing relationships with creators, influencers, and talents across platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about talent management, social media, and building careers for digital-first talent.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in talent management, or social media (talent management agency experience preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Passion for content creation and understanding of social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms).

Ability to multitask and stay organized under deadlines.

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, PPT, and campaign reporting.

A proactive, people-first approach with problem-solving ability.

Additional Information

Key responsibilities:-
Talent Coordination:Assist in managing day-to-day communication between talent and brands/agencies.

Campaign Execution: Support in end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns – from shortlisting, contracting, briefing, to final delivery.

Talent Development: Help identify growth opportunities for talent – collaborations, partnerships, and content ideas.

Scouting potential talents: Research and onboard new creators relevant to categories like fashion, lifestyle, beauty, tech, entertainment and several other genres

Admin Support: Manage contracts, invoices, calendars, and performance reports for assigned talent.

Market Research: Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities to recommend opportunities.

Reporting: Track campaign deliverables and compile post-campaign performance reports.
