Job Description

You will play a crucial role in the Associate Account Manage position within Adobe's Advertising Cloud team. Your responsibility will involve planning, launching, optimizing, troubleshooting, and analyzing Search, Display & Video advertising campaigns. This expertise will be utilized to assist our internal client teams in establishing successful relationships with top brands and advertisers globally. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing daily production tasks for Search campaigns, from setup to optimization and quality assurance. - Analyzing search performance metrics across platforms to identify trends and implement data-driven optimization strategies. - Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding Adobe Advertising Search, ensuring alignment with broader media strategies. - Managing campaign calendars, ensuring timely asset delivery, accurate trafficking, billing, and post-launch analysis. - Leading business reviews, performance updates, and strategic planning sessions, providing insights aligned with campaign goals and KPIs. - Collaborating with internal teams to support cross-channel integration, especially between Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, and Ad Cloud Search. - Advocating Adobe's Search sales plays and use cases, showcasing how data-driven tools enhance campaign effectiveness. - Partnering with regional Client Partners to streamline workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely deliverables. - Proactively managing client expectations, focusing on issue resolution, communication, and campaign performance. - Taking ownership of medium to large initiatives from planning through execution and contributing to internal process improvements. To succeed in this role, you will need: - Strong understanding of the Search Advertising Ecosystem and experience with Ad networks such as AdWords/Bing/Yahoo. - Hands-on experience in campaign set-up, monitoring, analysis, and optimization. - Ability to collaborate with various teams and partners for campaign execution. - Proficiency in driving campaign performance through optimization and budget management. - Experience in strategizing and defining best practices for Search advertising campaigns. - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, present effectively, and adapt to change. - Solid grasp of general business models, concepts, and strategies. - Strong project management and communication skills. - 5-8 years of relevant work experience. Additionally, you should have technical skills including: - Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly in VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, graphs, and macros. - Proficiency in Microsoft Presentation for creating infographics and business/performance reviews.
