Role Description:

As part of a centralized team within EDMP, this role is responsible for reviewing data ingestion artifacts and certifying data feed setups to ensure Data Ingestion (DI) adheres to platform standards and enterprise data governance requirements.

The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, usability, and governance of both metadata (schema, partitioning, lineage, access controls such as ONCOP and SDE/PII, balance and controls, etc.) and data (consistency with metadata) across the Cornerstone (CS) and Lumi platforms, supporting all user personas.

You will also collaborate closely with partner Product and Technology teams to identify opportunities for platform and capability enhancements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review and certify all new data ingestions and changes within the CS and Lumi platforms, including creation, addition, deletion or renaming of metadata, ensuring compliance with enterprise and Lumi data governance policies.

  • Partner with Data Ingestion (DI) teams to support both self-serve user journeys on CS and Lumi portals, including enabling changes, providing guidance, and approving exceptions where systemic workflows are not feasible.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for metadata registration or changes related queries by:

    • Supporting Intake, triage, categorization, and resolution of knowledge-based incidents.
    • Coordinating with Product Owners and Technology Support teams for issue resolution and closure of complex cases.
  • Deliver high-quality resolutions to user requests with strong adherence to defined processes, including SOPs, SLAs, and process reporting with standard and custom insights.
  • Support compliance and risk management processes (e.g., PRSA, RCSA, audits) by identifying, compiling, and providing required artifacts, samples, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to continuously improve user experience through intuitive and scalable enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in STEM.
  • 0–5 years of experience in servicing, production support, data management, data analysis, or related data-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of data governance concepts, metadata management, and platform-based data ingestion (preferred).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, technology, and operations teams.

We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best. This means caring for you and your loved ones' physical, financial, and mental health, as well as providing the flexibility you need to thrive personally and professionally:

  • Competitive base salaries
  • Bonus incentives
  • Support for financial-well-being and retirement
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits (depending on location)
