Are you a persistent, industry focussed and solutions based individual who thrives on thinking outside the box to deliver a quality product to your sites and clients?Weir Minerals is seeking an experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager based out in Raipur to take care of OE & AM opportunities in the territory.Working with all levels of maintenance, production, processing and management, you will maintain current relationships and create new ones through both face-to-face site visits and office based communications.Using your well-versed business development skills, you will foster trust, reliability and strength through knowledge of the Weir Group of products and services, with the ultimate goal of providing integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Person has to Weir minerals safety guidelines to carry out the job.
- Enquiry handling of slurry pumps, Valves, Hydro cyclone, Submersible Pumps and other mineral processing products.
- Generate business for Original Equipment and Aftermarket.
- Sales & Marketing activities of WMI products in Chhattisgarh state.
- Techno – commercial proposals preparation.
- Experience of working in SAP module.
- Handling techno-commercial discussions and order conclusion.
- Order closing and sign off with client
- Responsible for generating business from the region as per agreed objectives to meet the company KPIs.
- Weekly Update and data collection on new business opportunities, customer next move reports, way to meet the customer requirements, etc.
- Conducting presentation and other sales promotional activities.
- Regular visits to customers in the region.
- Receivable Management.
- Dealer Management.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Required :
B.E/B.Tech in MechanicalExperience : 7-10 years' experience in similar products/business lineGood communication skills / Interpersonal skillsExperience in sales & marketing of slurry pumps / Minerals Processing equipment / Exposure to industrial product sales in Eastern India or in Chhattisgarh state.Sales skills, preparation of proposals etc.Good communication skillsPumps/slurry pumps experience is highly desirable.Self-Driven and motivated to achieve outcomes and work independentlyFounded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
