Role Overview

Were seeking a strategic and dynamic AVP Presales to lead solution consulting and proposal development for global insurance clients. The role demands deep BPM expertise, insurance domain knowledge, and a consultative mindset to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecting

Design scalable BPM-based solutions aligned with client goals.
Conduct workshops, develop POCs, and estimate ROM pricing.
Map current vs. future state processes and address technical concerns.

Proposal Development

Lead RFP/RFI responses and proactive proposals.
Collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling solution narratives.
Ensure compliance with NAIC, HIPAA, GDPR, Solvency II, etc.
Customize proposals for US, UK, EU, Middle East, and Africa markets.

Technical & Domain Expertise

Maintain expertise in BPM tools (Appian, Pega, Camunda) and automation platforms.
Provide insights into service offerings and emerging technologies.
Stay current with insurance regulations and digital trends.

Sales Enablement & Engagement

Support sales with training, collateral, and competitive intelligence.
Participate in demos, workshops, and client meetings.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journey.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering, CS, or Business (Masters preferred).
5+ years in presales, BPM consulting, or solution architecture.
Strong grasp of BPMN, automation, and digital transformation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes

Certifications in BPM tools (Appian, Pega), Six Sigma, or ITIL.
Experience in global delivery and multi-regional engagements.
Ability to translate tech solutions into business outcomes.
Strategic, consultative approach to client interactions.
