About the Role

Global Head Enterprise Applications

The role requires strong expertise in enterprise systems within a process manufacturing environment, combined with the ability to drive large-scale global transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global applications strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee MS based applications, CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and HRMS platforms.
• Drive process standardization and harmonization across geographies and manufacturing plants.
• Establish governance frameworks for enterprise application lifecycle management.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of business-critical applications.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and contracts for enterprise applications.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption to maximize business value.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations (SOX, GDPR, ESG reporting) and align with information security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience with 8+ years in enterprise applications leadership.
• Proven track record of leading global ERP/CRM transformations.
• Experience in container glass or process manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT in manufacturing, AI/ML, and Digital Twins is an advantage.
