DigIT Team Plant Digital & IOT Engineer Experience 5-10 yrs Salary Range up-to 10L Location Kosamba (Preferrable) Languages Known Gujarati (Preferrable) Education (min) B.E. (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer, IT etc.) Basic Requrirement 1 Work ex in Manufacturing Plant 2 Experience of working in Digital / IOT / IIOT / OT technologies 3 Good communication skills 4 High level of confidence 5 Ready to work in Plant 6 Ready for daily travel to Plant locations 7 Knowledge / Information about PGP Glass Additional Requirement 1 Ability to relocate to Other Plants within Gujarat 2 Good multi-tasking ability 3 Project Management skills 4 Exposure to Digital / OT platforms - MES, EMS, Computer Vision, AI-ML 5 Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) 6 Documentation skills 7 Exposure to Data Analytics 8 Worked on Industry 4.0 technologies 9 Digital Protocols and devices 10 Cloud Technologies exposure 11 Ability to drive projects 12 Ability to manage operations 13 Ability to work with partners / vendora 14 Stakeholder management skills 15 Ability to conduct training 16 Cross-function teams (CFT) 17 Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen Strong Keywords OT IOT IIOT Digital Manufacturing Industry 4.0 Other Keywords Innovation Analytics Operations Protocols - RS485, RS232, MQTT, OPC UA, DDS Basic Software Skills - SQL,Database, HTML, CSS, Javascript / JS Robotics Computer Vision / CV Augmented Reality / AR Virtual Reality / VR Mixed Reality / MR XR Predictive Maintenance CBM (Condition Based Monitoring) EMS (Energy Management System) MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Automation Big Data Six Sigma Kaizen Lean Principles
