Job Description

1 Develop and new packaging solutions as per coustomer requirement with printing that satisfy the customer. 2 Begin the design process by meeting with clients of PGPL packging devlopment team and understanding of their packaging needs. 3 Design sample as per our available facilities of m/c 4 After Customer approval received, creates a computeraided design (CAD) drawing and sends it to our in-house die cutting manufacturing Dept for Die making. 5 Maintain all design data customer spec pack, samples, dies , stereo , artwork etc. 6 Make artwork as per customer requirement. 7 Working with corel draw make printing artwork 8 Operates cutting table sample maker machine Esko Xl 22 to produce samples. 9 Working with quality person to make the best sample as per customer requirement 10 Make artwork with printing matter reference. 11 Make printing artwork & die key line 12 Make stereo design 13 Order die from out source ( Laser cut die) 14 Running production trials to make sure it works and is suitable to our plant 15 Handel die department (punch making area) 16 Make sure Die and Printing plate Ready for production as per Daily production plan. 17 Arrange all Die rack wise system after job complete arrange to their same loction 18 Provide full specification of new devloped approved product to all concern dept . Like design data, sheet size ,artwork etc
