1. Lead New product design, development, and testing of EV motor and controller electrical hardware. Follow Technology development product cycle.
2. Design PCBs for motor control, power electronics, sensors, and communication.
3. Select components by optimizing cost, reliability, and performance.
4. Analyze, simulate, and test circuits; ensure technical documentation.
5. Make Electrical layout and drawings.
6. Creating technical research and feasibility studies on new solutions. Make patent proposals.
7. Collaborate with cross functional team for design reviews, product development, resolve customer complaints.
8. Supporting managers to ensure that designed products include aspects related to ergonomics, human machine interface, telematics.
