Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and align test efforts. Provide leadership to QA teams, mentoring junior testers, and driving continuous process improvements. Monitor key QA metrics and present regular status updates and risk assessments to senior management. Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 35 years in a leadership or test management role. Strong experience in testing enterprise HR systems or similar complex enterprise applications. Deep understanding of functional QA methodologies , test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle. Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, translating business requirements into test strategies. Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM). Familiarity with automation frameworks is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Preferred: Candidates who can join immediately or are available at short notice. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments. ISTQB or other QA certifications are an advantage.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our HR function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with HR systems in a global, matrixed environment and will be responsible for optimizing HR technology platforms to enhance process efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes. Role & responsibilities: Serve as the go-to expert for HR technology platforms, providing deep functional and technical knowledge to HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
