Role Purpose

driving retail spends, increasing customer engagement, and enhancing portfolio performance

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & execute segmented, targeted, and personalized marketing programs to achieve spend & engagement targets.
  
• Analyze customer spend patterns across POS, online, UPI, contactless, etc. to drive card usage.
  
• Drive UPI penetration on RuPay portfolio through strategic programs.
  
• Conduct competitor analysis and recommend new customer-centric offerings.
  
• Manage seasonal & ongoing campaigns to increase portfolio spends.
  
• Ensure compliance and process documentation.
  

Measures of Success

• Increase in spends per card & overall spends.
  
• Higher customer activity & engagement rate.
  
• Improved asset revolve rate (interest income growth).
  
• Effective portfolio tracking & category-wise spends analysis.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of

  consumer behavior, spend categories & credit card market dynamics

  .
• Experience in

  segmentation, analytics, A/B testing

  (preferred).
• Analytical ability, strategic thinking, result orientation, innovation & problem-solving.
  

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDBM (Mandatory).
  
• 9 – 12 years of total experience, with 6 – 8 years in relevant domain/team handling.
