Head - Branding

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head – Branding to lead our brand strategy, positioning, and identity across all markets and channels. This role is responsible for strengthening brand equity, driving brand awareness, and ensuring a consistent brand experience aligned with the company’s mission and long-term business goals.
The Head – Branding will oversee the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns, creative communication, and digital branding initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, strong creative judgment, and the ability to transform customer insights and market trends into impactful brand strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance brand visibility, preference, and loyalty. Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging framework for internal and external communications. Lead the design and execution of ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure brand alignment across touchpoints. Manage brand performance KPIs including awareness, engagement, sentiment, and ROI. Oversee creative agencies, brand partners, and in-house creative teams to deliver high-quality brand assets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation. Safeguard the visual identity, brand guidelines, and corporate storytelling. Drive brand innovation and ensure effective brand presence in new categories and channels. Qualification - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in Head- Branding position Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
