Job Description

Brand Development & Management

  • Build and maintain a consistent, positive brand image for the hospital across all communication channels.
  • Develop branding materials such as brochures, signage, videos, doctor profiles, and patient education materials.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing and communication efforts.
  • Plan and manage hospital participation in local events, health camps, and corporate tie-ups to increase visibility.

Corporate & Institutional Partnerships

  • Identify and establish partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, PSUs, and government agencies for healthcare programs, employee wellness plans, and annual health check-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and administration departments of partner organisations.
  • Develop customised healthcare packages and presentations tailored to corporate client needs.
  • Track and report performance of corporate accounts, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.

Business Development & Growth Initiatives

  • Plan and execute outreach programs, health camps, and wellness seminars in corporate offices and industrial zones.
  • Collaborate with medical and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of B2B and B2C programs.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through strategic marketing and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Prepare business proposals, MoUs, and marketing presentations for prospective partners.

Public Relations & Brand Communication

  • Coordinate with media houses, PR agencies, and influencers for brand coverage and awareness.
  • Manage internal communications to promote brand culture among hospital staff.
  • Support leadership in developing thought leadership initiatives, such as conferences, webinars, and media interactions.
