Job Description

Role & Responsibility

  • Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy for the Indian market aligned with business objectives.
  • Strengthen brand identity, positioning, messaging, and customer communication across all channels.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and ensure uniform brand representation across touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven utilization of resources.

B. Digital Marketing & Corporate Communication

  • Drive digital marketing strategy including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Lead creation of corporate communication content such as newsletters, videos, and digital branding assets.
  • Improve digital visibility to support lead generation and customer engagement.

C. B2B Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and customer outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to provide brochures, presentations, samples, and marketing assets.
  • Conduct strategic review meetings with sales teams.
  • Ensure 100% sharing of all new developments (designs/PDs/innovations) with relevant sales leads.
  • Share vendor updates, projections, and seasonal information with the sales team.

D. Product Marketing & New Product Support

  • Manage product marketing to ensure alignment of features, value propositions, and customer needs.
  • Support Production, QA, R&D, and Sales in planning and executing new product launches.
  • Strengthen Tex Fasteners, Presence at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

E. Brand Organizational Mapping & Stakeholder Management

  • Complete organizational charts for 100% of focus brands.
  • Identify and update key decision-makers per brand.
  • Conduct validation of brand contacts, structures, and relationships.

F. Opportunity Mapping, OTS Validation & Market Share Growth

  • Conduct OTS validation for key brands across Denim, Non-Denim, Jackets, Sweatshirts, Track Pants, Joggers, Shorts, Ladies Dresses, etc.
  • Identify underutilized opportunities per brand per quarter.
  • Achieve YoY conversion of mapped opportunities into sales.
  • Submit quarterly market share vs OTS analysis reports.

G. Pricing Alignment & Commercial Support

  • Finalize basic item pricing commercially with key brands and ensure sales team transition to approved rates.
  • Provide pricing insights and competitive intelligence to help the sales team improve conversions.

H. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Review market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to guide decision-making.

I. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to drive creativity, capability-building, and high performance.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovation-driven work culture.

Competency

  • Strong experience in B2B industrial marketing, preferably in apparel trims, fasteners, textiles or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, market research, and product marketing.
  • Excellent strategic thinking with strong analytical and market insight capabilities.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with ability to manage multi-disciplinary marketing functions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong understanding of customer behaviour and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM, digital advertising platforms, and analytics.
