Assistant Vice President Marketing (Credit Cards Experience: 9 - 12 Years (with 6 - 8 years of team handling/ Credit Card experience) Location: DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon Industry Preference: Credit Cards, Telecom, Retail, BFSI About the Organization We are a leading financial services company in India, offering a wide range of consumer-centric products. Role Purpose The AVP Marketing will be responsible for driving retail spends, increasing customer engagement, and enhancing portfolio performance through innovative marketing programs and data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities Plan & execute segmented, targeted, and personalized marketing programs to achieve spend & engagement targets. Analyze customer spend patterns across POS, online, UPI, contactless, etc. to drive card usage. Drive UPI penetration on RuPay portfolio through strategic programs. Conduct competitor analysis and recommend new customer-centric offerings. Manage seasonal & ongoing campaigns to increase portfolio spends. Ensure compliance and process documentation. Measures of Success Increase in spends per card & overall spends. Higher customer activity & engagement rate. Improved asset revolve rate (interest income growth). Effective portfolio tracking & category-wise spends analysis. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of consumer behavior, spend categories & credit card market dynamics . Experience in segmentation, analytics, A/B testing (preferred). Analytical ability, strategic thinking, result orientation, innovation & problem-solving.
