Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Manufacturing & Industrial Analytics to partner with our client on key operational improvement initiatives. The SME will provide deep domain expertise across manufacturing and industrial operations, combining process knowledge with advanced analytics to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve sustainability. This role demands a strong blend of industrial engineering, process optimization, and data-driven problem solving skills.Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary domain expert on manufacturing and industrial operations—including production processes, equipment, quality systems, and performance metrics.
Analyze operational and production data to identify inefficiencies, downtime causes, yield losses, and improvement opportunities.
Design and implement process optimization strategies using analytics, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Partner with client stakeholders, plant leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, throughput, and cost reduction.
Provide technical consulting, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams to build long-term capability.
Support initiatives focused on energy optimization, waste reduction, and sustainability compliance.
Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards applicable to industrial manufacturing environments.
