Social Media Management

  • Supervise and support a team of social media executives, content creators, and designers.
  • Assist Social Media Management in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Ensure timely planning, scheduling, posting, and engagement across platforms.
  • Track KPIs and provide reports with performance insights and optimization recommendations.


Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, shortlist, and collaborate with relevant influencers and creators for brand campaigns.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
  • Coordinate influencer content approvals, publishing, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers for ongoing collaborations.


Offline Marketing

  • Work for brand activations, events, and promotions.
  • Ensure alignment between online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Help with sourcing, logistics, and vendor coordination for offline events.


Team Management & Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Help manage timelines, content calendars, and campaign execution pipelines.


Team Management & Coordination

  • Proven experience managing a team and handling influencer partnerships.
  • 3–4 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing (agency or brand-side).
  • Understanding of both digital and offline brand marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, CreatorIQ (or other influencer platforms).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related fields.
  • Prior experience with offline campaign execution (brand events, activations, etc.).
  • Familiarity with budgeting, influencer contracts, and reporting metrics.
  • Creative eye for content and a strong sense of current trends.
