This includes content creation, SEO, ad management, and ensuring the channel’s overall health and performance. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and help drive strategy, reach, and engagement. Responsibilities: • Plan and execute platform-specific content strategies. • Oversee content creation: scripting, shooting, editing, publishing. • Optimize titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions for SEO. • Monitor channel performance: watch time, CTR, retention, subs. • Manage and run YouTube Ad campaigns. • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams. • Ensure YouTube policy compliance and content quality. • Maintain a consistent publishing calendar. Qualifications: • 2+ years managing brand or personal YouTube channels. • Strong grasp of YouTube SEO, analytics, and ads. • Experience with YouTube Studio, Google Ads, TubeBuddy/VidIQ. • Basic video editing or ability to manage editors. • Good coordination and project management skills. Preferred: • Experience in influencer marketing or niche content (e.g., lifestyle, auto, tech). • Understanding of YouTube copyright and monetization rules. Show more Show less
