Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager Company: SNTP Technologies Location: Delhi NCR Industry: Construction Materials / Infrastructure Solutions Product Focus: SNTP ISI Mark Rebar Couplers About SNTP Technologies Founded in 2015, SNTP Technologies is India’s first BIS-licensed manufacturer of ISI Mark Rebar Couplers. With a modern manufacturing facility in Ghaziabad and a PAN India presence, we serve major infrastructure sectors including highways, metros, bridges, tunnels, and high-rise buildings. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into orders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key stakeholders. Business Development: Visit and network with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and project heads to position SNTP couplers in design and execution stages. Conduct regular visits to construction sites for product demonstration, technical support, and business development. Identify and engage with new B2B clients across infrastructure and building segments. Project Management & Client Coordination: Manage leads from inquiry to order fulfillment and after-sales service. Collaborate with internal teams for order execution, logistics, and documentation. Support customers with technical clarifications and specification matching. Market Research & Reporting: Provide regular updates on competitor activities, pricing trends, and upcoming projects. Submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience in sales of construction products (TMT bars, couplers, construction chemicals, or related items). Strong understanding of the construction value chain and decision-makers (architects, consultants, PMC, contractors). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfortable with regular travel within the assigned territory.
