Job Description

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Company: SNTP Technologies (India’s First BIS-Certified ISI Mark Rebar Coupler Manufacturer) Industry: Construction & Infrastructure | Civil Engineering Products Experience Required: 2–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials or building products Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation: Identify and target new customers including contractors, developers, and infrastructure firms. Promote SNTP ISI Mark Rebar Couplers and related products to existing and prospective clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships with procurement heads, project managers, consultants, and engineers. Conduct regular site visits and follow-ups. Maintain accurate client records and track communications using CRM tools. Marketing & Brand Development: Represent SNTP Technologies in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. Distribute promotional materials and organize technical seminars at client premises. Help develop and execute local marketing campaigns. Technical Coordination: Educate clients about technical advantages of SNTP ISI Mark Rebar Couplers in compliance with IS 16172:2023. Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and installation support. Assist in sample approvals and mock-up submissions. Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred). Proven track record in industrial/B2B sales. Good understanding of construction site dynamics and reinforcement detailing is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Own vehicle for client visits is preferred.
