Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating new business opportunities through cold calling, client meetings, and site visits. The ideal candidate will conduct detailed site surveys, prepare accurate quotations, and work towards closing sales deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads. Fix appointments and schedule meetings with interested clients. Visit client locations to perform site surveys and gather required technical details. Prepare and share accurate project quotations based on site conditions. Present company products and services to customers effectively. Follow up with prospects to ensure business closure and customer satisfaction. Maintain records of calls, visits, and client communications in CRM or reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Requirements: Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in solar, electrical, or energy segments. Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive speaking, and negotiation abilities. Must have a two-wheeler and willingness to travel within assigned territory. Basic knowledge of solar rooftop systems will be an added advantage.
