Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Evaluates potential for the business, identifies current business strengths, and creates a

strategic plan for growth in his / her territory.

● Performs basic lead generation, sales calls and follow-up functions.

● Drives the sales effort with continual contact and face to face meetings with decision makers.

● Directly responsible for the continued growth of this territory.

● Networks within the community to build business and branch visibility.

● Maintains and develops client contacts at senior levels within client organizations.

Qualification & Skill Requirement:

● Graduate with 3 yrs. Experience or MBA preferred.

● Excellent Communication skill.

● Must have the ability to establish rapport/relationships and grow them.

● Follow-up skills by email, phone call, in person, etc. to move a prospect up in the sales pipeline.

● Experience in building business including time and territory management, sales and proposal presentation to clients.

● Ability to achieve profitable sales development and growth.

● Experience with consultative selling and servicing customers a plus.

● Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the

client organization.

● Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

● Demonstrate the ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
