Job Title: Online Sales & Customer Engagement Executive We are looking for experienced and passionate sales and customer care professionals for our customer engagement team to represent the brand experience online. The right candidate will have a genuine interest in attending to people with attention and care, driving sales through excellent customer experience. Core Responsibilities  Respond quickly and accurately to customer enquiries via chat, whatsapp and audio/video call.  Be up to date with the products, policies and services offered by us.  Follow through on customer enquiries in pursuit of order fulfillment.  Focus on customer care and experience by building a relationship with customers, understanding needs and tastes.  Supporting customers before, during and after the purchase process.  Ensure customer delight through high quality interactions at every touch point. Requirements:  A proven track record of 1–2 years in customer support or sales is essential, with preference given to those with luxury service experience.  Excellent language skills to reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.  Excellent written communication.  Genuine interest in people and in serving customers with attention and care.  Soft skills, such as people skills and conversational ability.  Flexibility in working days and hours.  Familiarity with social media, and MS Office tools such as Word and Excel.
