Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing insurance agents to build a strong sales team. Coach and mentor agents to maximize productivity, engagement, and retention. Implement sales and marketing best practices across all Digital Office (DO) locations to ensure consistency and excellence. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets for the assigned region. Drive renewal business and ensure targets are met or surpassed. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business solutions. Foster a positive, motivating, and engaging environment for agency partners. Monitor agent performance through regular reviews and provide actionable feedback and support. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Proven experience in insurance, sales, or agency management. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding business targets. Strong ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Highly self-motivated with a proactive, go-getter attitude. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
