Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager who can identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business development in the digital and tech space.

This role involves a mix of strategic planning, lead generation, and direct client engagement to achieve revenue growth and strengthen our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and create strategic growth plans.
• Generate leads, schedule meetings, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
• Network within the community to build brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Prior experience in digital marketing / tech environment sales is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong rapport-building and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage territory, time, and client relationships effectively.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and result-oriented professional.
