SNTP Technologies is India’s first manufacturer of ISI Mark Rebar Couplers, certified under IS 16172:2023 by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Since 2013, we’ve been powering India’s infrastructure across high-rise buildings, metros, tunnels, bridges, highways, and industrial projects. 🎯 Role Overview:As a BD / Sales / Marketing Engineer for the Mumbai & South India region, you will be responsible for business development, client coordination, and revenue generation by promoting SNTP’s ISI Mark Rebar Couplers across a wide range of infrastructure and building projects. 📌 Key Responsibilities:🔍 Business Development & Lead GenerationGenerate leads from government, private, infrastructure, and building projects. Identify and approach consultants, developers, contractors, and EPC companies. Promote SNTP Couplers in projects involving bridges, tunnels, metros, highways, and high-rise towers. 🤝 Client Coordination & Payment Follow-UpCoordinate with clients, project sites, and procurement teams for product awareness and technical compliance. Responsible for payment follow-ups and coordination with clients to ensure timely collection. Resolve client issues and act as the point of contact between SNTP and on-site teams. 📈 Sales Target Achievement Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track project progress and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. 🔄 Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with SNTP’s site team, sales team, and operations department to ensure timely product delivery and technical support. Ensure smooth execution of project requirements and approvals. 🗓️ Client Engagement & Reporting Meet consultants, clients, developers, and contractors on a regular basis. Submit detailed weekly business activity reports to the SNTP Head Office covering client meetings, lead status, site visits, and payment follow-ups. ✅ Candidate Requirements: Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil or Mechanical) OR MBA in Sales/Marketing. Experience: 2–5 years in business development or sales in the construction or infrastructure sector, Building Material (preferably in rebar systems, construction chemicals, TMT, formwork, etc.). Languages: Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Hindi). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
