About the Role

As our Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind sales performance, client relationships, and market expansion. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to develop smart strategies, guide a sales team, and help the business scale sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Lead and coach junior sales executives to perform at their peak.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and turn them into long-term partners.
• Assist in pricing negotiations and closing high-impact deals.
• Analyse sales metrics and generate actionable insights for growth.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

What We’re Looking For?

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience (team handling is a plus).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Goal-oriented, with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and data to optimize performance.
