Falguni Enterprises is a 30-year-old leading solutions provider in the water industry. We specialize in Kirloskar pump distribution, swimming pool equipment, heat pumps, water treatment systems, and complete water handling solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Assistant Sales Manager who can handle technical sales, client relationships, site visits, documentation, coordination, and day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, decent computer knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from enquiry to handover.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Management

• Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up with clients regularly.
• Visit clients (hotels, builders, contractors, architects, factories, consultants) to explain products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business.

2. Project & Site Coordination

• Conduct site visits to understand pump requirements, piping layout, water treatment setups, pool equipment installation conditions, etc.
• Coordinate with installation teams for execution and commissioning.
• Ensure timely delivery of material and project progress tracking.
• Maintain installation and service reports.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare detailed project documentation, work orders, delivery challans, installation reports, and AMC proposals.
• Maintain organized digital and hard-copy records for all projects.
• Submit weekly sales reports and follow-up trackers.

4. Communication & Office Coordination

• Handle professional emails, phone calls, and client communication.
• Coordinate with suppliers, including Kirloskar and other OEM partners.
• Assist senior management with tender documents, pricing, and product details.

5. Computer & Software Skills

• Must have decent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prepare cost sheets, comparison sheets, and technical presentations.
• Basic knowledge of online communication (email drafting, WhatsApp business, CRM tools).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream; technical background (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) is an advantage.
• 2–6 years of experience in technical sales / pump sales / water treatment / HVAC / plumbing projects / heat pumps / swimming pool equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to visit project sites and meet clients regularly.
• Good documentation and report-writing skills.
• Should be proactive, responsible, and disciplined

Pay: ₹14,136.61 - ₹45,463.75 per month
