Back Office Executive

We are now looking for a dedicated Sales & Back Office Executive to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send quotations as per client requirements
• Respond promptly to emails, calls, and customer queries
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and transaction files
• Assist in follow-ups and recovery of pending payments
• Manage leads, track inquiries, and support the sales team in conversion efforts
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations
• Assist in generating reports and maintaining documentation for audits and reviews

Qualifications:

• Graduate (preferably in business, commerce, or related fields)
• 1–3 years experience in sales or office administration is preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and email platforms
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently
• Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday – 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
