Sales Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage backend operations, handle client interactions, and promote online sales. The ideal candidate should either have experience in the pump/industrial equipment industry or be eager to learn and grow in this field. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and related documentation. Handle client queries promptly and provide accurate product information. Coordinate with the sales team and support order processing. Maintain customer records and follow up on enquiries. Promote and expand online sales channels for the company. Assist in backend operations and overall sales support activities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Technical/Commerce background preferred). Prior experience in sales support, quotation management, or related field (preferred). Candidates from the pump/industrial equipment industry will have an added advantage. Strong communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness to learn about pumps and related products in depth.
