Designation: Assistant Sales Manager

Department: HVAC, Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Location: Vadodara

Role Summary:

The HVAC Asst Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution across residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC markets. The role involves business development, account management, and close coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC segments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and project status in CRM.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and safety standards.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing HVAC sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and OEM partners.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive quotes, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, logistics, service) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and provide insights for business growth.

 

 Core Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, Ducted & Packaged Units).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to prepare proposals, technical documents, and commercial offers.
  • Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

 

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing (an advantage).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in HVAC sales, project sales, or channel management.
