Role Description Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, consultants, applicators, and infrastructure companies. Promote and sell construction chemical products including waterproofing systems, concrete admixtures, surface treatments, repair mortars, grouts, sealants, flooring, and protective coatings. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Provide technical advice and after-sales support. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field. (Diploma holders with experience may also apply) 2–5 years of experience in sales of construction chemicals or building materials. Sound knowledge of construction practices and building materials. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
