Job Description

As an individual assisting with sales opportunities, your role involves ensuring proper turnover of business for timely service delivery and leading day-to-day sales activities. Your focus will be on establishing long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales goals effectively. You will work collaboratively with off-property sales channels, participate in sales calls, and engage in activities like entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows to build and strengthen customer relationships. Additionally, you will develop relationships within the community to expand the customer base for sales opportunities and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate sales efforts and avoid duplication - Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers for future bookings - Participate in sales calls and activities to acquire new business and achieve revenue goals - Support the company's service and relationship strategy to drive customer loyalty - Understand market trends, competitors, and target customer information to maximize revenue opportunities - Provide exceptional customer service to grow the share of the account and uphold customer service standards - Interact with guests to gather feedback on product quality and service levels Qualifications Required: - 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing OR - 7-year bachelor's degree in the relevant field with no work experience required In addition, the company offers benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts with a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.
