Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kanpur for an Assistant Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategic sales plans. The role requires building strong client relationships, conducting market analysis, and providing regular sales reports to senior management. Ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying business opportunities are key aspects of the position. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team leadership and client engagement
• Strategic sales planning and market analysis experience
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is preferred
