With sales operations in over 20 countries, they serve various sectors, including marine, protective, industrial, flooring, automotive, and electronics.

Profile Overview:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales and business development activities for Epoxy and Alkyd-based product lines across assigned territories (North, South, East, or West India).

2. Identify and develop new customers in coatings, adhesives, composites, and construction chemical segments.

3. Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to customers based on formulation needs and application performance.

4. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors, ensuring consistent engagement and business retention.

5. Coordinate with the Commercial, Production, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution and on-time delivery.

6. Address customer complaints promptly with effective technical and commercial solutions.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for new product penetration.

8. Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.

9. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote brand visibility and generate leads.

10. Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and maintain strong financial discipline with customers.

Required Skills:

  • Education:

    B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (specialization in Polymers / Resins preferred).
  • Technical Expertise:

    Sound understanding of Epoxy systems, Reactive Diluents, Hardners, Adducts, Alkyd Resins, and Catalysts.
  • Experience:

    5 to 9 years of relevant work experience. Proven track record in industrial/B2B sales, preferably in resins, coatings, or specialty chemicals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
