Profile Overview – The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing principal relationships, and driving business growth in the chemical trading division at Pan India level. This role involves identifying and onboarding new principals, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring optimal material planning. Strong customer engagement and timely collections management are key to success. The candidate must possess strategic thinking, leadership skills, and market expertise to expand business opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for achieving sales budgets, Indent sales & revenue for HSSPL Trading (Chemical division). Principal Management - Interaction with all principals on business development, strategy planning, key customers meeting etc. New Principal Development - Getting a new principal in HSSL portfolio by identifying, establishing suitable partner based on market needs in coordination with technical team. Sales Management - Reviewing and monitoring the entire sales team/back-office operations on a regular basis to achieve the set sales targets for individuals. Material Management - Ensuring proper material planning by keeping sufficient stock for each principal at any point in time. Customer Management - Timely visits/interactions with customers on a regular basis and identifying their needs and requirements for growth of business. Outstanding Management - Reviewing and monitoring timely collection from sales team and addressing the issues if any. Required Skills: 1. Experience of 7 to 12 years in Paint & Coatings, Raw Materials, or Chemical Trading industry. 2. Strong expertise in B2B sales, principal management, and business development. 3. Knowledge of market trends, raw material sourcing, and supply chain management. 4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 5. Ability to lead a team, drive sales strategies, and ensure operational efficiency. Application Requirements: 1. Open to work from office (Location – Lower Parel) 2.
