Job Responsibilities: 1. Process Development & Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize paint processes for high-quality finishes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement in application methods, equipment, and materials. Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to develop new coatings and improve existing processes. 2. Paint Application Systems: Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of paint application equipment (spray booths, robotic painting systems, etc.). Implement and manage automated or manual painting techniques for optimal product appearance and durability. 3. Quality Control: Continuously evaluate and optimize both phosphating and electroplating processes to improve quality, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
