Job Description

Job Title: ASM/ Sr. Area Sales Manager/BM

Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets in both channel and project sales
Expand and strengthen dealer and distributor networks
Collaborate on brand building, competitor analysis, and marketing activities
Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimize operations
Design innovative sales strategies and schemes to increase market share
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless service delivery

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in channel and project sales, preferably in building materials or related sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, networking and interpersonal skills
Proven ability in relationship management and customer engagement
Result-oriented with a strategic mindset and leadership capabilities
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Qualifications

MBA/PGDBM with a specialization in Marketing preferred
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (minimum requirement)
