Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager/Sr. ASM, located in Bengaluru/ Patna & Haldwan i. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Channel sales & Project Sales, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market analysis, strategizing sales plans, conducting sales presentations, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves regular travel within the assigned territory. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Experience in market research and analysis Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the MDF/MDHMR /PARTICLE/ACP/Laminates manufacturing industry is a plus Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
Key Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for driving ambitious Sales & Business Development Plan for Institutional Sales. Product specification and aggressively reach out to projects. 1. Responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets of specific Key Accounts. 2. Business Generation through Old & Existing clients, building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including (Architects, Developers, contractors, etc.). 3. Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. 4. Develop and execute strategies for channel expansion, dealer relationship building, and project sales growth. 5. Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective channel management, dealer network development, and territory sales management 6. Excellent/Benchmark customer service in the industry. 7. Jointly owning Brand Building along with Reporting Manager and Marketing team. 8. Aggressively and creatively identifies and pursues new business opportunities at targeted accounts. 9. Identify and manage Key Customers by developing close customer relations and taking a lead role in any major projects. 10.Awareness of competitors activities and identify relevant threats and opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Qualification- Graduate/MBA with 4 -9years of experience. 2. Familiar with similar product / Industry i.e. flooring industry only 3. Proactive & Self-starter 4. Excellent presentation Skills & influencing personality. 5. Should have an exposure in interacting and building up relationships with architects & interior designers.
