Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Noida. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for daily sales operations, managing sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with clients to meet their needs.

Key Role Requirements

• Identify and engage potential clients for compliance-related services and solution
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, marketing, and technical) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes in data protection laws and compliance requirements.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
• Maintain sales reports and track pipeline progress.

Qualification Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or compliance consulting.
• Knowledge of DPDP, GDPR or other regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior experience in SaaS, legal tech, or compliance solutions is a plus.
