Job Description

Senior Functional / Implementation Consultant


Position:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document their business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops / Demos and meetings to define project scope and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Client and Product team.
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Develop and deliver functional design specifications based on client requirements.
  • Configure and customize systems to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including data migration, system integration, and user training.
Requirements:
  • Experience:

     Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant for a product or similar role, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
  • Technical Skills:

     Proficiency in [specific software, platforms, or technologies relevant to the role, e.g., ERP systems, CRM solutions, etc.].
  • Analytical Skills:

     Strong ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
  • Communication:

     Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management:

     Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time.
  • Problem-Solving:

     Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Presentation Skills:

     Must be skilled in creating good presentations. Knowledge of Canva is a must.
  • Should be open for frequent travels across India.
Project Management:
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and manage any issues or risks that arise.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets client requirements and quality standards.
  • Identify, document, and resolve any issues or defects during testing phases.
  • Support and Training:
  • Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or a Master’s degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Quality Assurance
  • Relevant certifications such as [e.g., PMP, ITIL, specific software certifications].
